The MEGGITT CE281 444-281-000-111 piezoelectric accelerometer comes with its own signal processing and does not require an additional amplifier. It features a symmetrical shear mode measuring element and an integrated housing with insulation, providing precise vibration measurement and anti-interference capabilities. The product is sealed and welded with dual protection, capable of blocking various contaminants. There are also standard and explosion-proof versions available for various application scenarios.
Its sealing performance is entirely dependent on the welded overall structure. When installing, do not forcefully remove the sensor, and do not tamper with the stainless steel hose and cable on your own. Once the sealing structure is damaged, contaminants will enter the interior and directly damage the sensor.
During the later maintenance, all you need to do is to regularly clean the oil stains on the surface of the sensor. There is no need to disassemble the internal part of the sensor. No additional calibration is required. Disassembling it would even cause the sensor to malfunction.
