Description：The CA901 compression-mode accelerometer utilizes VC2 single-crystal material, ensuring exceptional stability. This sensor is designed for long-term monitoring or development testing. It comes with an integral mineral-insulated cable terminated with a Lemo or Vibro-Meter high-temperature connector.
CA901 144-901-000-282 is a high-temperature stable piezoelectric material, welding process and internal electronic components. The upper limit of its operating temperature during use is much higher than that of standard IEPE sensors, reaching -55°C to +175°C or even higher, and is suitable for direct installation in high-temperature areas such as engine housings.
Its application is very extensive. Aircraft engine ground test stands, flight tests and structural health monitoring are widely used. The reliability of the data is directly related to the safety and efficiency of engine development.
Technical Specifications：
Its appearance features a fully welded stainless steel or Hastelloy alloy casing, with a very high level of sealing. This ensures it can resist the erosion caused by fuel, hydraulic oil, moisture and salt spray. Only when it can withstand extremely high body vibrations can it ensure that it does not malfunction or suffer signal distortion in a strong vibration environment.
The design and testing were carried out in accordance with the strict standards for environmental conditions and testing procedures of airborne equipment in the aviation field. The materials and production processes comply with the aerospace-grade quality control system.The power supply range is 18 to 30 VDC constant current source power supply. Each axis typically requires 2 to 10 mA.
