This integrated PCB incorporates a high-speed IGBT gate drive circuit, a parallel current sampling circuit, and an IGBT fault detection logic. It communicates with the main drive controller through the IS200BPIB personalized interface board (BPIB). The installation method is to directly attach it to the upper/lower bridge arms of the IGBT modules in the phase bridge, in order to minimize the length of the large current wiring and fix it using the gate/emitter/collector terminals of the IGBT.
